Pitch competition

2020–2022

From 2020 to 2022, Retailers United ran pitch competitions that put small brands and retailers in front of a panel of retail executives and investors. Winners received cash grants and mentorship from our network.

In total we awarded $33,500 in grants to seven small retailers. Our inaugural competition, on December 8, 2020, was covered by WWD and the Associated Press. Our most recent winners, FABRIC Tempe, received a $10,000 grant.

Pitch competitions are not currently running. Founders looking for support today can request a mentor or join a workshop.
